How to shop with us

Welcome, AVIP / ShopWA is open for business 7 Days a week and 24 hours a day.
It's like an exclusive shopping mall filled with quality goods and gifts just for you.
If you are ready to shop, so are we!

If you have a credit card type card, VISA, Mastercard and some Bankcards (NOTE: You can not use EFTPOS for online payments) you can shop NOW, we will explain how.
All the products in each of the shops are grouped together in categories, so

• Go to a Shop !
  
• Click on any of the category headings and all the products in that category will be displayed.
  
• Click on a product name or image to go to a larger picture and more detailed description.
  
• Enter a Quantity & Click on the Shopping Trolley [BUY] button to add the item to your shopping cart.
  
• Continue shopping using the category buttons - or Go to another Shop to navigate to other categories of products.
  NOTE: All products you order will go into the same Shopping Cart - there is no need to pay in each shop.
  
• When you are ready,
  "Go to Checkout" will display all your purchases.
  

Here you can check on your current Cart content any time - delete any items you have decided against, continue with shopping - or just choose your Delivery Area and "CLICK TO ENTER YOUR DETAILS" button to begin the order form where we ask you for your name and e-mail address (don't forget that one !) & a Password if you want to become a registered buyer (see our Loyalty Programme for details), the recipient, the address, phone number and the message you want to include - it's all very carefully layed out and easy to follow.
The last step is to go to "PROCEED TO THE SECURE PAYMENT PAGE" (the payment form) where you enter your credit card details.

When all is filled in to your satisfaction, click "SUBMIT YOUR ORDER", which will transmit the form to us in a secure and encrypted way, that is a totally safe way to send credit card data.
You will receive an email of the details of your order (without the card information!) automatically to your email address (as entered in the first form) straight away.
We also receive your order form as an email, and verify the amount you want to charge to your credit card with our merchant bank. You do not need to be present, or sign a credit card voucher.
We will also manually confirm back to you the details of your order and tell you of any changes if required.

Minimum purchase of $40.00 required for delivery.
Delivery charges are as follows:

• Western Australia - AU$ 10.50 (inc GST)
  
• Interstate (all other states) - AU$ 17.00 (inc GST)
  
• International - min AU$ 17.00 (final fee calculated & confirmed before shipping)
